Mardon ko Auraton ke Sath Insaaf Karne ka Hukam:


"Pas agar yeh andeshah ho keh (aik se zayad biwiyon ke darmian) insaf na kar sako gey to phir aik hi biwi rakho."

Aik dusrey maoqaa par irshad hua:
Aur tumhare bas mein nahi keh biwiyon ke darmian pura pura insaf kar sako agarche keh tum chaho (pas khudayi qanun ka mansha pura karne ke liye yeh kafi hai keh) aik biwi ki taraf aise na jhuk jayo keh dusri ko yun hi be sahara latkti hoyi chor do. Agar tum apne tar-e-amal ko durust rakho aur khuda se darte raho to wo chashm poshi karne wala aur raham karne wala hai.


Matlab yeh hai keh aik aadmi tamam halat mein tamam haisyaton se do ya zayad biwiyon ke darmian musawat nahi barat sakta aik khubsurat hai dusri bad surat, aik jawan hai dusri san-e-rasidah, aik dayam-ul-marz hai dusri tandurust, aik bad mizaj hai aur dusri khush mizaj isi tarah ke dusre tafawat bhi mojood hain jin ki wajah se aik biwi ki taraf tabyan aadmi ki raghbat kam aur dusri ki taraf ziadah ho sakti hai. Aisi halation mein qanun yeh mutalbah nahi karta keh muhabbat-o-raghbat aur jismani taalluq mein zarur hi donon ke darmian musawat rakhi jaye balkeh sirf yeh mutalbah karta hai keh jab tum be raghbati ke bawajood aik aurat ko talaq nahi dete aur is ko apni khuwahish ya is ki khuwahish ki bina par biwi banaye rakhte ho to is se kam az kam is had tak talluq zarur rakho keh wo amlan be shohar ki ho kar na rah jaye. Aise halat mein aik biwi ki ba nisbat dusri ki taraf Milan ziadah hona to fitri amar hai lekin aisa bhi nahi hona chahiye keh dusri yun muallaq ho jaye goya is ka koi shohar hi nahi.

Hazrat Haris ® ka biyan hai keh nabi (SAW) apni biwiyon ke darmian haquq ki taqseem mein pura pura insaaf farmate aur dua farmaya karte:
Aye Allah yeh meri taqseem hai in cheezon mein jin par mera qabu hai tu mujhe is cheez mein malamat na kar jo khalis tere qabze mein hai mere qabze mein nahi.
