Mutllaqah ke Sath Saluk:

Mutallaqah auraton se agar che aik had tak shohar ka talluq khatam ho jata hai lekin islam ne in ke sath bhi husn-e-saluk ki takid ki hai aur azeem tar maslahton ki bina par un ke bhi kuch haquq rakhey hain jis se andaza hota hai keh islam kaisa insanyat nawaz, ikhlaq pasan aur aadlana nizam-e-hiyat hai aur insani society ke liye saya rahmat hai.

Irshad bari taala hai:
(Tum apni mutallaqah auraton ko iddat guzarne ke liye) apni wasyat ke mutabiq makan do jahan tum rahte ho.

Quran mein mardon ko is baat ki talqeen ki gayi hai keh doran-e-iddat mutallaqah auraton ko gharon se na nikalain. 

Irshad hota hai:
Aur Allah se daro jo tumhara rab hai na to tum in mutallaqah auraton ko gharonse nikalo aur na wo khud hi gharon se niklain. (Al-talaq)

(Aur iddat ke doran) un ko tang karne ke liye eza na punhchao. Han agar wo khuli be hayayi karne lagain to dusri baat hai. (Al-talaq)

khuli be heyayi se murad zana kari, chori, zuban darazi aur larna jhagarna waghairah hai.

Aur jin auraton ko tallaq di gayi ho in ko maruf dastur ke mutabiq kuch dia jaye. Yeh muttaqiyon par lazim hai.
 (Al-Baqrah-241)

Aur agar yeh mutallaqah auratain hamal wali hon to bacha hone tak in ka kharch dete raho. (Al-talaq-6)

Phir agar wo tumhare kehne se bache ko doodh pilayain to in ko is ka muawzah do. (Al-talaq-6)

Mutallaqah ko iddat puri hone par nikah ki ijazat di gayi.

phir jab in ki iddat puri ho jaye to unhain pura ikhteyar hai keh apni zaat ke muaamle mein jo faislah chahain karain tum par is ki koi zummah dari nahi Allah taala har aik ke aamal se puri tarah ba khabar hai. (Al-Baqra-214
Yani iddat guzarne ke baad aurat ko puri tarah aazadi hai chahe apna nikah karle kisi ko in ki yeh aazadi salab karne ka haq nahi aur na in ke fail ki zummah dari kisi par hai.
Quran mein mazeed aik jagah yeh irshad hota hai:

Aur jab tum auraton ko talaq de do aur wo apni iddat puri kar lain to phir us mein rokawat na dalo keh wo apne zeer tajweez shoharon se nikah kar lain jab keh wo maroof dastur ke mutabiq aapas mein nikah karne par razamand ho jayain tumhain nasihat ki jati hai keh aisi harkat na karna agar tum Allah aur yam-e-aakhrat par imaan rakhte ho. Tumhare liye zahir-o-batin har lehaz se shaistah aur pakizah tareeqah yahi hai keh is se baaz raho. Allah khub jannta hai. Aur tum nahi jante. (Al-Baqra-232)

Matlab yeh hai keh agar kisi aurat ko is ke shohar ne tallaq di aur iddat ke doran ruju na kia phir jab iddat guzar gayi to yeh dono aapas mein do barah nikah karne ke khuahish mand hain to aurat ke rishtadaron ko har giz is nikah mein rukawat na dalni chhiye naiz is mein yeh mafhum bhi shamil hai keh aurat ko tallaq di gayi aur is ki iddat guzar gayi ab wo aurat apne pehle shohar se aazad ho kar kisi aur jagah apna nikah karna chahti hai. To is ke sabiq shohar ko yeh ghatya harkat har giz na karni chahiye keh is ke nikah mein rokawat dale aur yeh naarwa koshish karey keh jis aurat ko is ne chora hai is ko koi dusra bhi apne nikah mein qabul na karey.


Mutallaqah aurat ka maali tahaffuz is tarah kia gia:
Aur (mutallaqah auraton ko rukhsat karte huye) tumhare liye jaiz nahi hai keh jo kuch tu unhain de chuke ho is mein se kuch wapis le lo. (Al-Baqra-229)

Mutallaqa biwiyon ko jo mahar, ziwar kapre aur maal waghairah in ke shohar de chuke hain in mein se koi bhi cheez in ko wapis lene ka haq nahi hai.

Islam ne jin aala ekhlaqi asulon ki taleem di hai is ki ro se to yeh baat waise bhi intehayi makrawo hai keh aik shakhsh jo cheez kisi ko de chuka hai is ko phir wapis le. Aik shohar ke liye to yeh baat intehayi sharamnaak hai keh wo apni mutallaqah biwi ko rukhsat karte waqt is se wo sab kuch rakhwa lina chahe jo is ne khud hi kabhi ise dia tha is ke baraks Islam ki hedayat to yeh hai keh mutallaqa auraton ko kuch aur de delakar shareefana saluki ke sath rukhsat karo yeh wo auratain hain jo aik arsa tak tumhare sath rafaqat ki zindagiyan guzar chuki hain.
